We gotta Nor'Easter blowin' in from the Sou'West.

Ooooh - it's nasty out there tonight. We got soaked getting to the little one's poetry reading - now we're getting blown away!

I dont know if that is good or bad but all i know is that I am outside today hanging clothes because its almost 60 degrees. Its beautiful to be out hanging clothes instead of using the dryer. Stay warm and dry.

I was thinking about all my east coast blogfriends when I saw the weather report this morning. That's some NASTY weather you guys are getting!

Oh Tweetey - I love to hang clothes on the line. It's one of my favorite jobs. Thanks - we're hanging in there.

Thanks for thinking of us Tshsmom. It was wild last night with the wind whistling and banging things around outside and the rain lashing the windows. Things are calmer now but it is very cold. We got so much rain but thankfully our basement is dry. (That's a big, good thing in Philly - to have a dry basement. lol)

It seems the big blow was so eager to make it up your way it didn't bother to rain on me at all.

A couple of drops is all we've had for a MONTH.

You got drenched and all I got was a mess from the wind.

Oh Mike - I cannot believe how much rain we got. The rain gauge (made for the first grader's studies on weather and weather instruments - using a 2 liter plastic bottle...) has completely overflowed.

We're drenched. Thankfully our little rowhouse is on a hill so we don't get flooded out.

Sorry to hear that you got no rain. :-( It sounds like you need some. The wind was really terrible here, too.

finally got a thunderstorm last night that helped out. This after I ran the sprinkler in the back garden for two hours which with our confiscatory water rates is big bucks.
