9/12 March on Washington (and elsewhere..)
WAY cool time lapse video of the March on September 12 in Washington DC. You've got to watch this one from SophiaElena. She stands in the middle of the march and records everyone walking by. It's a must-see:

I will be uploading pics of the March in Washington DC this afternoon. My oldest daughter went with friends of ours. She said it was totally awesome, and the adults that she was with said there were hundreds of thousands there, and probably close to a million.
We must not forget that the Washington DC rally was not the only rally on 9/12. There were many all across the country, in most major cities and they drew thousands at every one.
Ignore us, minimize it, try to marginalize us - you do so at your own peril. Living in denial might work for you for short while, but I wouldn't recommend it as a long term strategy. It's unhealthy. We're not going away.

Ok I am missing something here. Why were we rallying now?? I am sorry for being absent in life but just trying to keep one foot in front of the other lately is hard enough..
LOL, Tweetey! I hear you. Things are worrisome for you right now. The 9/12 rally in Wash DC and the rallies across the country were freedom rallies. Voters in America took to the streets to protest big government, government healthcare, a lying president and congress, huge national debt. People are getting pissed off and feel that it's time that our elected officials remember just WHO is in charge and where we believe that the country should be heading. Which is most definitely NOT where Obama and the democrat congress are trying to take us.
Tweety: You haven't missed the whole Tea Party thing have you? That's what this grew out of.
I realize it's not being reported on most "news" channels. Try tuning in Fox News if you want to find out what is really going on.
Thanks Grizzly and Mike.. I havent been around lately as Grizzly Mama knows.. I have to admit we got a converter box and the only time I turn the tv on is for football games on Sunday's. Havent been interested into TV lately.
You're probably better off not watching a lot of TV. It wasn't covered much anyway.

Mr GG - I've been so interested to read lefties comments about this rally. They are absolutely DESPERATE to downplay the numbers - to the point of becoming quite upset in some comments. They're coming unhinged.
