Mike - Troll and I were wondering the same thing. I have been combing through different reference material to see if there is a definition that fits. I'm still not sure, but I think possibly it may be found here:
Definition.
Possibly definition 1 and 2 of the American Heritage Dictionary?:
1. The condition of being in action; operation.
2. The means or mode of acting; instrumentality.
The Latin root word, agere, means 'to do.'
That's all I can come up with. I'm still unsure if that is correct used in this context...
According to this 'grid', I'm a Genuine Creator. The description of such an individual matches well with my Myers-Briggs personality type indicator of ENFP.
The descriptor "agency" is defined by Personal DNA as:

Mike - I was not doing any illegal substances when I took the test. I haven't done anything like that for several decades! lol. I have found that I don't need to. I'm kind of naturally whacky. Why??!
