God Bless the Coalition and God Bless Iraq

The Iraqi's once again show the world what they are made of. They're tough, determined. They show their mettle. I'm proud of them. Check out:

Iraq the Model.

The brothers in Baghdad have the scoop. The best the terrorists could manage was an interruption in electric service. They count the votes with battery powered lighting. I say it again - God Bless Iraq!

Here's another great site that the brothers in Baghdad linked to with more pictures:

Sooni in Baghdad. While you're there - check both blogs out and read more of their entries. It's a privilege to know how Iraqi feel about being free.

Uh....wha? What was that?

Did I just hear 16 MILLION turned out to vote?!!

Al Gore said in his speech in Sweden that America "would be a different country" if he had been elected President.

He went on to say he would not have gone to war in Iraq. Saddam would still be murdering men, women, small children and infants at a rate many times the innocents currently being killed by insurgents.

This latest vote, whatever the outcome, is a triumph for the Iraqi people and a bright light of hope for everyone living in the Middle East under conditions similar to Saddam's Iraq.

President Bush's vision of freedom has come at a price and we need to remember and honor every one of our brave men and women who have served and sacrificed so much...

There are many long days, and likely setbacks and further tragedy ahead.

But had we followed the Gore plan, things would be worse.

God Bless the Coalition, God Bless Iraq and God Bless the United States.

I would like to put a proposition the ballot that will allow the Iraqi people to vote in our next congressional election.

How many of the war protesting memebers of congress do you think would get re-elected?

Gore lost - he still hasn't come to terms with it. I know people who VOTED for Gore - and after 9/11 stated they were so GLAD that he lost!!

I love your idea Sandy.

What the Iraqis are saying is so completely different than what I hear the leftists in this country saying - it amazes me that more people in this country don't GET it. All they're hearing are the lefties. The crazies. The loons.

All I have to do is go to an Iraqi blog to have my spirits lifted.

This is great for Iraqi people, and for the administration. Iraq needs to be successful for so many reasons, and this is just another step in that success. It is a wonderful day for these people to finally vote on a completed Constitution.

Six Million People!! I think that that is just so amazing. It's also amazing how little the press makes over this other than reporting the negative, as usual.

Like you Monicar, I go over to my Iraq -linked pages to get the real scoop of what is going on because American media, as well as British media haven't yet figured out how to get their heads out of their assholes.
