I just saw a bunch of guns. Is that what they are using in home schooling these days? I always thought home schooling was safer than public schools.

When I checked out the first link, I didn’t know what to think either, but then I checked the other one. Thanks - We can never get too much helpful information on homeschooling.
Did you know that the Department of Homeland Security sponsored a terrorism drill last year naming homeschooling groups as terrorists? Homeschoolers Portrayed as "Terrorists"
Well, we really better train our children to properly use firearms just in case. We are no terrorist, but we should be prepared to take them out if need be.
Of course, since our children are in the safety of our homes all day, there really isn’t much of a threat for their safety. Too bad we can't say the same for those poor kinds in public school!

'A Nation of Riflemen' is one of my favorite places to visit. I posted a link to them some time ago that spoke about their feelings and philosophy surrounding homeschooling. I totally agree with them.
It's unfortunate that people like Toady are so afraid of guns and law abiding Americans who own them. It's obvious that Toady doesn't understand. Oh - and yes my kids will learn gun safety (have learned much already) and will know how to use and be comfortable and safe with firearms.
'Did Today' - the product that the du Toit's developed - looks like and awesome product for homeschoolers.
